For 70 years Hogans Family Jewellers have successfully delivered beautiful, high quality jewellery to clients around Australia and the world.

After establishing Hogans in the towns of Leeton and Griffith, New South Wales in 1945, Jack and Madeline Hogan moved the family business to Toowoomba and commenced trading in 1953.  All six of Jack and Madeline’s children worked in the store at different stages, and three of the children pursued careers in the Watch-making or Jewellery-making trades.

Paul Hogan, Jack and Madeline's youngest son, completed his jewellery apprenticeship in 1982, and is still active at the bench designing and manufacturing jewellery over 30 years later.  Paul and his wife Rowena still currently own the store, which is now managed by their son Lachlan.

Following the family tradition, Paul and Rowena’s son Lachlan has completed his apprenticeship in the jewellery-manufacturing part of the business.  Lachlan has also spent time in Florence, Italy, where he has completed a jewellery design course specialising in Design Aspects also including, rendering of custom designs using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology programmes.

As an independently owned and operated business, Hogans Family Jewellers have served generations of families in Toowoomba and throughout regional Queensland and regularly receive orders from overseas clients who appreciate the high standard of workmanship that we pride ourselves on.

Being able to design a beautiful piece using precious metals, gems and fine quality diamonds is for which our business is renowned. Hogans Family Jewellers now have a team of seven tradesmen completing all clients’ jobs on-site.
